MOSCOW PROJECT MANAGERS LAUNCH GOLD STANDARD VENDOR AWARD SCHEME

Moscow, March 5, 2007 - International project management company Sunbury Heights today launches in Russia a Gold Standard Vendor Award Scheme to reward design and construction companies for consistent excellence of work. The awards, the first of their kind in Russia, will seek to establish a Gold Standard of service across the construction and fit-out market, raising standards across the board as a result.

Speaking at the launch of the scheme in Moscow, Sunbury Heights Managing Director Mark Smith said "for too long in Moscow, our clients have had to put up with poor standard service from contractors and service providers alike. "Gold Standard" status will signal to a potential client that the company has been rated according to multiple performances in the past, by professional assessors."

Potential recipients of the award include architects, engineering designers, general contractors, IT vendors, audio-visual and security vendors and moving companies - all companies likely to be involved in an end-to-end construction or relocation project.

Recipients will be those companies that have demonstrated continuing excellence in the design, planning and/or delivery of construction and/or fit-out projects, and who offer good value for money while focusing throughout on client satisfaction.

Nominations for the award, which will be valid for one year, are open to the public, but the assessment panel will include end-users, project team participants and project managers.

The first recipients of Gold Standard Vendor Awards for 2007 will be made known in early June at the official award ceremony in Moscow.
